Tasha Tech LLC is a Virginia limited liability company that owns and operates TIYDE. TIYDE is a career discovery platform designed to help students, undergraduates, and career explorers understand career paths, required skills, and credentials.

Email address (required for account creation)
Password (encrypted; we never see your actual password)
First name and last name (optional)
Year of birth (for age verification and personalization)
Location (state and city, for local career information)
Education level and school (optional)

Career Profile Information:

Career interests and preferences you share
Resume content you upload (if you upload one)
Skills you list or that we detect from your resume
Quest completion data (which career simulations you've tried)
Career goals and target roles you specify
Journal entries and notes you create within TIYDE

Careers you explore

Search queries within TIYDE

Authentication providers: If you sign in using Google, Apple, or another service, we receive basic profile information (email, name).
Payment processor (Stripe): For Pro subscribers, Stripe provides subscription status. We do not receive your payment card details.
Career data sources: We use career data from public sources (O*NET, CareerOneStop, Bureau of Labor Statistics) to enrich content.

We may also share information for legal reasons, with your consent, or in aggregated/de-identified form.

7. Data Retention

Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

Payment records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal purposes.

Usage data: Aggregated data retained for 24 months.

We use TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. No method of transmission is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.

TIYDE is operated from the United States. By using TIYDE, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.
